Molten Aura - Ion Rod (First Quality)

Ion is an amazingly bright, fluorescent GemTone™ created in the USA. In normal lighting, Ion is highlighter yellow with a fluorescent green gleam. When viewed under a UV light it has a strong electric green glow. A UV light source in the 365nm wavelength range will give you the brightest fluorescence.
We recommend working Ion in a gentle neutral flame, as it can be sensitive to overheating.

Recommended Garage/Anneal temp: 1100°F

Abnormal Quality Description: Rods that have fallen below first quality and have been deemed Abnormal. This is high-quality, stone-free glass, but the rods are imperfect. They may be short, slightly thick or thin, have a bit of air or other odd imperfections that affect their appearance. Be aware that there may be color variance in our Abnormal glasses. There are no refunds or exchanges on Abnormal glass – all sales are final.
