Proto Pipe Classic

The original brass pipe we all know and love, our Proto Pipe® Classic or "Deluxe" was designed by Phil Jergenson in the late 60’s. It features a permanent screen and a lid, and includes a Poker, a Stash Pod, and a Tar Trap. It also has our address stamped in the space where the Stash Pod attaches to the bowl.

Cleaning the Pipes:

Every Proto Pipe has a permanent screen in the solid brass bowl. The poker helps you clean resin and debris out the bowl when the screen becomes clogged. Then you can clean the entire pipe using olive oil and a polishing cloth.

Phil Jergenson created this iconic pipe back in the late 1960's. They were sold worldwide and copied by many, many companies. Now, we have returned and are hand-producing the same high quality, look, and feel that we set the bar with way back then. The pipe is 100% brass and has the iconic address stamped in the stash pod area and the PP logo on top of the lid. Every pipe is hand-drilled and assembled by our tiny, highly skilled team of four in the exact same warehouse we had way back then! Thanks for all the support over the years.
